- Logo design and branding guidelines (such as colour scheme) and content for the pages, such as images and text. If you don’t have a logo design and branding guidelines, it is available at an extra cost of $159 (ex GST). Please also supply custom pictures or graphics for each page, and a general idea of the content, service and product offering. We’ll provide you with a questionnaire, which we will use to create copy, calls-to-action and seo optimised content for all of the websites pages.
- Note that the monthly maintenance and hosting fee will be charged after 1 year, at $350 per year ex GST. This includes updates of plugins, and theme, basic security monitoring, uptime monitoring and performance optimisation, weekly backups of the website, hosting on a higher performance shared server.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Squarespace and WordPress Essential Website require between 1 and 3 weeks to complete, from start to finish. This includes the 4 phases as described under our process. One of the reason it’s quite quick, is because we work with standardised templates that have been optimised in terms of layout and design, user functionality and calls to action. The Custom WordPress website may take up to 8 weeks, as this requires custom design, development and testing.
If you have your own logo and branding guidelines (such as colour scheme) please provide them to us. If you already have content for the pages, such as images and text, please provide them to us for implementation. If you don’t yet have a logo and branding guidelines, it is available at an extra cost of just $159 (ex GST). As part of the process, we will send you a survey to define your website content & design specifications, so we can develop customer focused content for your site that helps turn visitors into leads and clients. As part of our services, we can also help you with good quality pictures and stock photos. If at any point you would like to edit or change your content, we can do that for you, either before or after your website has gone live.
Your website will be unique in the sense that your branding style and logo will give it a unique identity. Squarespace websites are always more easily identified as squarespace sites due to the common and shared styling they have. The WordPress Essential Website will be less common, even though the layout has been standardised. It is also more easy to tweak and customise if you have that requirement. This would come as an add-on.
If you wish, you can. This does require full access to the website. With squarespace it is quite easy and straightforward to add pages or edit content. With WordPress it is slightly more complex and carries the risk of issues with your website design and layout. We’re always happy to help you add additional content or pages, as an add-on.
For the first year there are no extra charges. Neither with squarespace, nor with WordPress. After 1 year we will charge $350 ex GST for updates and maintenance of plugins, theme, basic security monitoring, uptime monitoring and performance optimisation, weekly backups of the website, hosting on a higher performance shared server.
You own the website outright. You can decide to move your website to your own hosting provider or do as you like with it. In the unlikely event you require a full refund, the website becomes ours again, and we will do with it as we like. Your logo and branding style will remain yours.
We will deliver a SEO optimised website and submit it to Google, with relevant content, keywords and meta tags, descriptions and so forth. For a website to rank well, a lot of Search Engine Optimisation is required, which takes time and effort. Check out our SEO packages here.
To become visible online as soon as your live and start using your website as a lead generation asset, we recommend a Google Ads package.
